Dyco Decor provides a 1-year limited warranty for eligible lighting products, covering manufacturing defects and electrical components under normal indoor use.
This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, incorrect voltage, normal wear and tear, accidents, water damage, or damage during handling after delivery. Bulbs, batteries, natural material variations, handmade differences, and minor color or texture differences are not considered defects unless otherwise stated on the product page.
For natural materials such as bamboo, wood, marble, alabaster, rattan, and stone, slight variations in color, grain, veining, texture, and handmade details are normal and are part of the character of the material.
If you experience an issue with your product, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and a brief description. Our support team will review the case and provide a suitable solution, which may include replacement parts, repair guidance, or another appropriate resolution depending on the situation.
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Dyco Decor and used under normal indoor residential or commercial conditions.
