1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.

You may request changes to your order within 48 hours of purchase, including the shipping address, phone number, color, or size.
If the order has already shipped, changes can no longer be made.
3. Returns
We accept return requests within 30 calendar days after delivery for items that are:
– unused
– uninstalled
– in their original packaging
– not customized or made to order
How to Request a Return

After approval, we will provide the authorized return address by email.
Please do not send returns without prior approval.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
– customized or made-to-order items
– installed or used items
– items damaged due to improper handling by the customer
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
In these cases, we will assist you with a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We do not charge any return processing or restocking fee for approved returns.
7. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
