- My daughter received her first scooter for Christmas and I wanted to ensure she had a nice headlight in case we were riding and it began to become a little dark. This light is working out great. The driving light setting is like a low, med, high. Honestly, it’s a little different between load and high, but it’s bright in all 3 settings. There is a slow strobe, a fast strobe, a blue solid, blue strobe, red solid, and red strobe. I may have missed one other, but, honestly, I only really think we’d use the white driving light setting. I didn’t check the charge after 45 mins of riding, but it was still lit as bright as when we started. NOTE: The lights are in 4 corners and I was curious if I’d get a weird square beam projection, however, it was round which is nice. Out in front of the scooter the beam was about 6 ft wide, fading off in the distance, and was very bright alluminating the ground a good 2ft – 10ft out using the mounting angle I did.For the horn, it’s loud. Standing out in front of the it, it’s really noticeable. It’s a sold sound at first then goes into to some strobe effects with the siren. It’s perfect for her is she needs to warn someone since she is not going all that fast in a small scooter. But she likes it more for annoying her mother. LOLAll in all, a good set. One thing I might change is to give another option for mounting. It uses a rubber strap that you latch onto a rung after stretching it. It was kind of loose even pulled up and in a bit of stress on the rubber strap, I had to pull it even more taught to keep it from moving around too much since the light/horn sit up so high. so, if I could change 2 things, one would be the strap, and the other would be the design, making it more of a compact lens shape with horn bell around it, then elongating it back to make it a little more aerodynamic. All in all, I still recommend this as a good option for your scooter.
