Length is 9.200 – 5/16 diameter steel and hardened for guide plates fits 67-79 Pontiac V-8’s WHEN A LONGER PUSHROD IS NEEDED Ram Air IV LENGTH – BUT IN 5/16″ DIAMETER FOR D-PORT HEADS these fit PONTIACS if you are using longer length valves not recommended for roller cams! – see my chrome moly pushrods for those please do not ask me if these fit your applications – if your not sure, you must get an adjustable push rod checker and determine your length. you can email me at Spotts Performance for more information or Google valve train geometry I’ve used these push rods in my own engine builds – buy in confidence Spotts Performance is just Pontiac and I use the parts I sell!
