- Description LS engine -4AN anodized BLACK aluminum Steam Vents with hose hardware for front and rear venting Complete kit. Applications: For LS Family of Engines LS1 LS2 LS6 LM7.(Will Not Fit Fast Intakes) * This kits Won’t fit FAST102 manifolds Come with Allen head bolts and “O” ring pressure sealing. Black anodized lightweight 6061 AN aluminum fittings Provide maximum flow, one-piece reusable mandrel-bent fittings. Includes: 3x AN4 T-fitting female/male coupler 4x AN4 Steam Vent fitting (with o-rings) 4x AN4 braided hose (with hose end fitting) 4x Bolts Already cut to proper length and fittings installed to supply not only steam relief to your front two vents, but the rear as well. Installing steam vent reliefs on in all four corners of the engine have been proven to limited detonation in chambers 8 and 7 specifically. Great improvement over stock steam vent plumbing. Note: Some cars may have larger 3/8 barb fittings on their radiators. If so there is one of a few solutions. 1) try like heck to slip the -4 hose over the larger barb with some WD-40 2) stretch the hose overnight and apply some heat 3) buy the -4 to -6 hose adapter hose with fittings Professional installation is highly recommended. No instruction is Included.
