- The EX 7157B SM all aluminum radiator is an exact fit, OEM replacement for 2003 – 2007 Freightliner Centurys, 2003 – 2007 Freightliner Coronados and 2004 Freightliner FLD Series. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, this radiator is built to withstand rough road conditions that some trucks see on a daily basis. It uses heavy duty extruded tubes, heavy duty headers, and cast aluminum tanks. The epoxy-free core measures 36.25 inches from header to header, 39.63 inches from side to side, and 2.25 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core to provide the strongest possible bond and has a 2.5 inch inlet and outlet. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
