BT 7196 Recore – Aluminum Radiator

- The BT 7196 Recore all aluminum radiator recore service allows us to take the existing radiator and replace the old core with a brand new one. This gives you a like new cooler while also saving you money versus buying an entirely new unit. We will reuse your existing tanks (provided they are in good shape) while still eliminating all points of failure from the existing core. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core measures 38.75 inches from header to header, 27.50 inches from side to side, and 2.25 inches thick. We will TIG weld the aluminum tanks on to the core to ensure the strongest possible bond.
